Working intensely with XML language throughout his career in internet technology has helped Mr. Pibil master real simple syndication (RSS), the web language used in the blogging industry to create, search and subscribe to blogs. As the vice president for a $5 million application service provider and data exchange platform, he led an XML data exchange program that searched thousands of data sources to provide targeted information reports for clients. He was the blogging pioneer in this company, introducing and implementing the tool into the company's internal communication strategy over five years ago.
